    What payment methods do you accept to secure permits?

    We accept secure international bank wire transfers (USD, EUR, and GBP) directly to our corporate bank accounts in Kampala. For maximum convenience, we also accept all major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) via our encrypted, secure online payment portal. Please note that credit card transactions incur a standard 3.5% processing merchant fee.

    Absolutely. We highly encourage video consultations, especially for complex group safaris, multi-generational families, or photography tours. Simply drop us an email with your preferred time zone and availability, and your dedicated coordinator will send over a WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet link.

    If you are looking to travel during the dry peak months of June to September or around the Christmas holidays, we intensely recommend contacting us 9 to 12 months in advance.
